I love the feather ankle strap on this Sergio Rossi shoe. It has jet crystal bead detail for added shine. This is actually a wearable shoe with a comfortable 3.5 inch heel. Guess what, it's on sale for $500 at Vivre. Still sounds steep? It was $1,250. yikes!

These cozy suede boots are lined with faux shearling and have a cute beaded motif on the back. I have a similar pair, and I wear them all the time during the winter months. Per my usual dilemma. Where are the fall 2008 runway shoes? I'm assuming they are only in select Christian Dior stores, but I have yet to see a Hollywood personality or a fashionista wearing them. Of all the fabulous shoes we see on the photographed in the tabloids, why haven't we seen these? I love them! Too fierce, and if I had the cash, they would already be in my closet.

Super model Heidi Klum was seen sporting the Louis Vuitton Wedge/Heels at the Victoris's Secret after party last Saturday night. The silk shoe is a wedge all the way to the heel, then stops and there is a sliver of space between the actual heel and the wedge. very interesting. If anyone can pull these shoes off, it's a supermodel.

Love this L.A.M.B. Tegan pump. Rope topline is a popular material in many of the upcoming spring shoes, much like this shoe. The rope adds a bohemian chic aspect to an otherwise simple yet sexy pump. It's made from crinkled patent leather and has a modest 3.5 inch heel. These would be a great shoe for the office, paired with navy trousers and a crisp white button down. they are available at NORDSTROM, $395.

Spats are an updated version of the over-the-shoe accessory popular in the late 1800s. For today's style they are meant to transform your simple sandals, heels, and boots into something runway-worthy. They come in lots of different materials and colors, some quite wacky, others, like the ones below, pretty cool.

I think they look the best when the shoe and the spat are different colors or materials, like in the first pic. The contrast is tres chic.Someone needs to make a sequined spat to go with the huge sequin craze this season. I would definitely get them!

While these are definitely not everyday shoes, they would be lovely for a bride or brides maids. They were debuted as part of Scherer Gonzalez' 2009 Spring collection. The ultra-high heels have had the clear hollow space in the platform bases stuffed full of blossoms and petals. Additional fresh flower stems and leaves decorate the ankles and wrap up the models legs.

Even tough these shoes are way over the top, I like them. If I were a bride to be, these would be my wedding day footwear.

I love this Stewart Weitzman sandal, and though it's technically an evening sandal, it would totally work on a warm day. Rules smules. As I noted earlier, Nordstrom is having a big sale today ( the department stores are hurting ) and these shoes are part of the sale, luckily for us. The shoes are satin with swarovsky crystal enhancements. I have always liked the Stewart Weitzman brand. It delivers fabulous, top quality shoes at somewhat reasonably prices. Available at Nordstrom $269

It could be the name that attracts me to this shoe, Vino, yummy, but I really like it. I always like the look of snakeskin, whether it's real or embossed leather. That combined with the crystal adorned center strap and buckle totally sell me on this shoe. The snakeskin is somewhat shimmery, casting a pinkish hue in some lights, to kick up the sparkle factor. This is a great evening shoe. You guys know I love evening heels paired with skinny jeans, and yes, that's what I would do with these shoes. Available at Nordstrom. $180
