I have really liked the latest crop of Rock & Republic shoes. They have been sexy with a rocker chic appeal. These shoes are designed in a garter belt style, overtly suggestive, and I love them. They are black chiffon over nude colored leather, with black leather trim. They have a zipper closure with a metal spike pull on the inner side of the shoe. They have a 5 inch heel and a 1.25 inch platform. $379 at Zappos.com.

I LOVE these Rock & Republic shoes! They came out a few months ago in black and silver, and those were fabulous, but this light metallic gold version is even better because they have gold and silver chains on the back, but they also have a strand of pearls.

This Romy sandal is light metallic gold leather with gold hardware stud accents. They have a back zipper closure with a gold spike zipper pull. The removable chains and pearls can cascade down the front of the foot or behind the ankle…it looks fabulous both ways. While I’m not a big fan of wedges in general, I really like these Rock & Republic shoes. It’s the strappy sandal and gold chains that offer a complimentary contrast to the chunky heel. Also wedges are a great summer shoes.

Rock & Republic has been putting out some very cool designs, and this Alayna pump is one of them. I can't decide which color I like best, the metallic black would be my first choice, but I like the gold chains on the silver shoe, as well as the gold logo on the sole. One thing I know, I prefer the chain to hang down the back of the shoe as opposed to resting on the front, although both looks are fab.

These Rock & Republic shoes are super cool. The biker chic trend is going strong into next season, but without the trendy oversized platform these shoes will have a wearability for a long time. You can wear the loose chains resting on the foot, or hanging behind the heel (shown below). It looks fabulous either way. I also love the spiked zipper pull at the heel.
