I'm loving these boots. They look so comfy. They are Stella McCartney Sock Ankle Booties.  They feature a grey platform bootie that is highlighted with a buckle detail. Attached to the bootie is a sock that can be worn pulled up or folded over. I like them folded over. It sports a 4 inch heel, as well. Though I love me some high, high heels, I can't stand in them very long before my feet  are throbbing. So, I would buy these lovely booties, but reserve them for sitting only occasions.
