Brian Atwood Snakeskin Maniac Pumps

Anyone feel like snorkeling in the Keys? These snakeskin pumps actually look like reef life in the cool, clear waters off the Florida coast. While nothing is as refreshing as the beach, these pumps will lend you an air of carefree elegance as you walk the line between city and surf.
Brian Atwood is fearless when it comes to color, and his Spring 2012 color palette is electric. From neon’s to lots of Mediterranean colors like these pumps, if your going for color this season, check out his collection.
Turquoise and green snakeskin pumps, these designer shoes have a concealed platform and signature detailed cap. They have a covered heel, leather upper, insole, and natural suede leather sole. The heel measures 5 inches with a 1.5 inch platform. $705 Brian Atwood shoes at mytheresa.com
Brian Atwood Fringed Suede Pumps
Fringe is in! We’re used to seeing fringe on handbags and jackets, but now Brian Atwood is bringing the effect to our feet with these suede pumps. The fringe along the heel brings movement to the shoe and attracts the eyes downward, giving a little flare to an otherwise conservative pump. And since the color is spot on for the season, these shoes will have you skipping to your next event.
Chocolate suede platform pumps with knotted long fringe down the back, these designer shoes have dark metal eyelets. They have a slightly squared-off cap, leather upper, in-sole, and sole. The heel measures 5 inches with a 1 inch platform. Brian Atwood shoes are made in Italy. $679 Available here.

Brian Atwood Strappy Sandals: These Shoes Were Made for Dancing

Don’t these Brian Atwood sandals look like they should be on the set of Dancing with the Stars? The iridescent pink and dainty straps make them ultra feminine and the secure ankle strap and modest heel make them perfect for dancing, or for non dancers like me, an evening that includes standing and walking. The heel is 4 inches, high enough to be sexy, yet not so tall they kill my arches.
These designer shoes are rose toned glitter sandals with skinny straps and partial mesh inserts. There is a crystal-embellished buckle on the ankle strap. They have a rounded cap, a peep-toe and a leather sole and in-sole. Brian Atwood shoes are made in Italy. $849 Available here.

Brian Atwood Shoes Fall 2011

Brian Atwood has a HUGE collection of shoes for Fall 2011 and they are amazing. Let’s just hope he doesn’t price them at an exorbitant amount like he did with these. Fingers crossed. Here are a few of my favorites from the Fall 2011 collection.

Brian Atwood Aurora Sandals

When I see a shoe with an exorbitant price tag I assume it’s a Louboutin with heavy crystal or gemstone embellishment. So when I came across these pretty Brian Atwood sandals I had to do a double take at the price tag, the 3.5k price tag! Don’t get me wrong, I love his shoes, but they usually average in price around six hundred bucks, and let’s be frank, he started his signature label in 2001, a mere ten years ago. He doesn’t have the clout of more experienced cobblers like Louboutin, Choo or Caovilla.
To be fair, this shoe comes with Atwood’s signature on the sole and it has a Swarovski embellished heel, but other than that it’s fairly unremarkable, even with the bouffant flower at the ankle. For comparison purposes, below is a picture of a Louboutin all-over Swarovski crystal embellished pump, priced at 3.3k.

Brian Atwood Dante Mesh Pumps

I love the Brian Atwood Maniac pumps, but these Dante pumps up the style factor and are even better. The Dante is just like the Maniac pumps, but with a flared heel and mesh inserts. Dante comes in Nude or black patent leather.
These designer shoes are nude leather pumps with a heel that measures approximately 5.5 inches and a 1.5 inch platform. The Brian Atwood pumps have cutout black sheer mesh panels at the almond shaped toe and sides and white stitch detail. Brian Atwood shoes are made in Italy. $640 Available here
