Camilla Skovgaard shoes feature unique cut outs and unusual heels and platforms making her signature style very recognizable and growing in popularity.

Camilla Skovgaard has outdone herself with her spring 2013 shoe collection. She’s managed to make her signature look, the saw platform, even more amazing by extending the sculptured rubber up the back of the heel. With these sandals, the already dramatic profile is even more edgy and hip. Some of Skovgaard’s super chic designs aren’t for everyone. While I totally dig these sandals, I don’t think I could pull them off. However, some of you can, and you should, because these showstopping sandals are fierce. Embossed silver leather with a white, saw platform that extends up the back of the heel, these designer shoes are not a bit boring. They have a leather in-sole and rubber sole to prevent slipping. They have a zippered closure at the back ankle. The heel measures 5.9 inches with a 1.5 inch platform. $732 Available here.

Camilla Skovgaard Wedge Shoes

The spring 2013 shoe collection are starting to be released, and all I can say is “wow”.  There are tons of amazing designs from the designers we know and love, as well as some fresh talent. These incredible shoes are clearly from one of the best, Camilla Skovgaard, and she further emphasizes her signature saw platform by extending it up the back of the wedge. The dramatic profile is enhanced by the curving inward wedge, almost giving it a heelless look, however with the gripping rubber sole, these shoes will be much easier to walk in. Black leather with a zip closure at the inner ankle, these designer shoes will make a big statement in any season. They have a rubber saw platform that prevents slipping and an open toe. The heel measures 5.9 inches with a 1.59 inch platform. $921 Available here.

If it’s not broke don’t fix it. That seems to be the attitude of Camilla Skovgaard with her saw wedge ankle boots, because she brings them back every year in almost the exact same design. As much as I like to see new styles, the saw wedge is a classic and an overall fantastic shoe, so I don’t mind seeing it again. For the Fall/Winter collection she added overall studs, a detail that lends the wedge a bit more street cred and edge. This is the perfect shoe for leather leggings (a trend I’m loving) and a fitted blazer. Black suede ankle boots with wedge heel and all over stud details, these designer shoes will keep your look cool throughout fall and winter. They have a serrated, rubber wedge sole to prevent slipping. The heel measures 4.75 inches with a 1.5 inch platform. $725 Available here.

Camilla Skovgaard Sandals

Recently I said that the last and the upcoming collection by Camilla Skovgaard are hit or miss, and I stand by that assertion, but this is one of her hits. They reflect her unorthodox style that make her shoes so unique. The snakeskin straps are in places usually reserved for cut outs, giving the shoe chic sophistication with an unexpected twist. These are the perfect shoes for a denim/blazer combo or a LBD. Snakeskin embossed leather with black trim, these designer shoes are a great shoe to ease into fall. They have an adjustable buckle on the ankle strap, a leather sole and in-sole. The heel measures 4.75 inches with a .75 inch platform. $575 Available here.

Camilla Skovgaard Sandals

This is the Camilla Skovgaard that I know and love. Funky, eclectic and absolutely fabulous. Many of her designs are, but the spring 2012 collection was hit or miss and even some of the upcoming season are pretty boring. Oh well, at least we get these, and they’re fantastic. These shoes speak to Tomboys and Glamazons alike. The serrated rubber sole makes for tough style and the 5 inch heels will extend your legs to shocking lengths. Pair with a long sleeved dress or skinny jeans alike! Black leather with cut out details and an open toe, these designer shoes will keep you looking cool for fall. They have a rubber saw platform and a leather in sole. The heel measures 5 inches with a .75 inch platform. $565 Available here.

What says sexy with a serious dose of attitude? These bad a** Camilla Skovgaard spike stud sandals. I have to admit I haven’t been terribly impressed with the Skovgaard spring/summer 2012 collection up to this point, but these sandals totally make up for it. The nude hue makes them ultra flattering, the color elongates the leg while the heel perks up your bootie. The spiked studs offer an instant upgrade and take them to a whole other level of chic. Pebbled nude colored leather heels with silver tone hardware and an open toe, these designer shoes have pointed stud details at the face and sides. They have an adjustable strap at outer side and tone on tone stitching. They have a rubber sole to avoid slipping. The heel measures  4.75 inches with a 1 inch platform. $605 Available here.
