No, he’s not going the Marc by Marc Jacobs or McQ by Alexander McQueen and giving us pretty good designs, thinking we’ll eat them up just because they’re under a famous and renowned designer. Nor is he changing his style for the lesser priced brand, the B Brian Atwood shoes are sexy and sophisticated.

Hello lover….Are these not the most sumptuous, beautiful pair of shoes ever, ok, well at least this month? They simply radiate, and I can practically picture my self five years younger and a few *cough* pounds lighter, looking ever so lovely when I wear them. Even if that’s not the case, an amazing pair of shoes always makes me feel prettier and with the right lift they actually do make my butt look perkier.

These Christian Louboutin Maggie pumps are a beautiful rose gold color that is flattering to any skin tone, so pair with a short hemline to afford them the attention they deserve. These sun-kissed pumps are the perfect shoes for just about anything and everywhere.

Rose gold colored snakeskin with tonal glitter fabric and metal mesh capped almond toe, these designer shoes are a treasure. The warm weather seasons dominate wedge shoes, but who want to be another face in the crowd with a plain wedge when you can stand out with the Giuseppe Zanotti curved wedge sandals. Obviously it’s the silhouette that’s most striking on these shoes, but the vivid purple suede further adds to the “wow” factor. While these aren’t a typical day to night shoe, they will be fabulous during the day or for a casual evening out (and we like to look fabulous even when we’re going casual).

I don’t know if it’s because we haven’t had a Winter to speak of here in Dallas or if I’m just incredibly tired of seeing boots everywhere, but I’m already starting my Spring shoe purchases and I can’t resist these Burberry sandals. Embellishments always add more pizazz to shoes, but this season instead of sequins and crystals, designer footwear is taking on a more arts and crafts feel, and I’m unexpectedly delighted (I like to keep my crafts in projects). These crafty wooden beads on these sandals have a slightly tribal feel, but with Mediterranean color tones they are more resort chic than African safari.

Black leather platform sandals with a turquoise patent leather covered heel and multi wood-beaded strap at the ankle, these designer shoes will drape your foot with vacation time ease. Where would we shoe lover’s be without Christian Louboutin. His joie de vivre and passion for beauty could not be more clear than in his Spring 2012 shoes. The Lady Peep, always sexy and sleek, takes on a playful hue, yet serious height in these slingback pumps.

By now you know this Spring it’s all about bold and bright colors and colorblocks, and these slingback pumps have both. The bright pink is ultra feminine, but the white platform makes this a seasonal shoe and it also provides a stark contrast to the signature red sole, making it more noticeable (and it’s really all about the sole, isn’t it).

Fushia patent leather with a white platform and black heel, these designer shoes are this season’s colorblocking trend at it’s finest. This was a very hard list to make and there were many fantastic and beautiful shoes that could also be on the list, but I narrowed down my personal favorite shoes from the Spring 2012 collections. Some of the designs that are on this list are simply beautiful, while others are unique and innovative. The common theme in the Spring shoes is the use of bright color, but other than that, each label has their own, distinctive style, which make this season a shoe lover’s dream.
