Take a look at Posh's "shoes", well boots really. Those things covering her legs are one piece, the rubber goes all the way up her leg. But look closer.

They have no heels! She's walking around on her toes. I'm sorry, but this takes uncomfortable shoes to a whole other level. Can you imagine wearing these after a few cocktails? I have to give Posh kudo's for pulling these off. I think she's about the only person who could.
