B Brian Atwood Fringe Sandals
Brian Atwood’s new, less expensive line, B Brian Atwood is just as wonderful as his original line but at a more affordable price. No, he’s not going the Marc by Marc Jacobs or McQ by Alexander McQueen and giving us pretty good designs, thinking we’ll eat them up just because they’re under a famous and renowned designer. Nor is he changing his style for the lesser priced brand, the B Brian Atwood shoes are sexy and sophisticated.
Light pink metallic leather with chain fringe, these designer shoes will make you want to dance the night away. They have a dual ankle straps with able buckle closure, a leather sole and in-sole. The gold tone stiletto heel measures 4.5 inches. $425 B Brian Atwood shoes are here.
Jimmy Choo Glitter Pumps
Every well known cobbler makes a glitter shoe around the holidays, however the difference between a Choo glitter shoe, and let’s say a Madden glitter shoe, is that the former won’t leave a trail of glitter behind you everywhere you walk. Nothing screams “cheap” like a shoe that has the embellishments falling off as you walk along. When it comes to heavily embellished shoes, make the investment in quality and you’ll be safe rather than sorry.
Multicolored glitter platform pumps with textured gunmetal leather covered heel and platform, these designer shoes have a rounded cap. They have a leather in-sole and suede leather sole. Miu Miu Jeweled Satin Pumps
It seems like this time of year, everything from shoes to handbags are glitter, crystal and gemstone embellished. I don’t know about you, but I wear embellished accessories year round, the shinier and bling-ier the better. These Miu Miu pumps are a perfect example of the type of shoe that catches my eye from across a room and make me happily part with large sums of money to make them mine.
While we expect the greats like Louboutin and Choo to make lust worthy shoes, Miu Miu is not to be overlooked, and in the past few years some of the best designs overall from a season are from the Prada sister store. In fact, my absolute favorite shoes are Miu Miu (black T-strap pumps with a beautiful, gold, sculptured heel and all-over black gemstone details).
Black satin peep-toe pumps with crystal-toned jeweled embellishment on the front and jewel encrusted silver-toned high heel, these designer shoes have a black satin covered platform. Pura Lopez Satin Ankle Boots
These statement booties are pretty and feminine while still being chic, and as the ankle boot is replacing the pump in many looks, this is a great shoe to pair with a dressy, evening event. The cut out at the outer arch gives a little peek at the bare foot and ups the sex appeal from a standard open toe shoe, while the bow at the ankle draws attention to the foot, without being gaudy and overpowering the shoe. The neutral color makes this a great shoe for many occasions and a great alternative to a standard pump.

Alexander McQueen Bow Sandals
Black shoes will always be a staple in women’s closets. The neutral color goes with everything and it conceals dirt and scuffs. Finding an interesting, eye-catching black shoe can be a challenge, but Alexander McQueen delivers a fabulous black shoe for Fall 2011. The simple sandal is topped with a giant bow at the back ankle for a dramatic, yet ultra feminine, style.

Oscar De La Renta Shoes Spring 2012
I’ll be bringing you the shoes from New York Fashion Week and the European Fashion Weeks as they become available. The shoes from the Spring 2012 Oscar de la Renta collection are absolutely gorgeous. They fell into two categories: classic and elegant De La Renta, with silk bejeweled mules fit for a queen, and trendier, more youthful designs like the clear Oxford-style sandals. The collection included a little bit of everything, offering a shoe for any and every occasion for the die hard De La Renta fans. Among others, there is a strappy wedge ankle boot for casual wear, a classic pointy toed pump for business or church, and a rhinestone and mesh ankle boot for formal wear. An overall fantastic offering of footwear for Spring 2012.
