Charlotte Olympia Raffia Wedge Sandals
Raffia always reminds me of summertime, probably because they come out in droves this time of year, but nevertheless raffia sandals equals lazy days and fruit cocktails. These Charlotte Olympia wedge sandals are fun and flirty with a slight whimsical appeal, and being neutral in color, they will have many looks perfectly put together all summer long. Pack them up for vacation and wear poolside, as well as an evening out.
Sand colored woven raffia woven sandals with a black pompom detail at the toe, these designer shoes have an open toe and cross-stitched patterning. They have an ankle strap with a gold-toned buckle, a leather insole and sole with a red painted edge. Alexander McQueen Nude Skull Pumps
Alexander McQueen is one of my all time favorite brands. They have a glamour chic appeal with a healthy dose of edge. That edge is evident on these nude pumps in the form of a crystal embellished skull perched on the open toe. The skull has become a signature of the McQueen brand, however the skull varies depending on its’ headgear. This one is a punk skull sporting a spiked mohawk.

It’s the season of the wedge, and among the best is an offering from Jimmy Choo. His colorful striped sandal will perk up any outfit, especially an otherwise simple look like the solid shorts and button down pictured below. Giuseppe Zanotti Embellished Curved Wedge Sandals
Spring and Summer shoes are usually the most stand-out statement shoes, meant to be the focal point of your outfit, and paired with a short hemline for optimal exposure. For shoe lovers, this season brings out the best designs, like these intricately detailed Giuseppe Zanotti sandals. The curved wedge is nothing new, we’ve been seeing several Giuseppe designs with this architectural platform. However, this is the first with gemstone and crystal embellishments, adding a bling factor that makes the sandals all the more eye-catching. The contrasting black and aqua suede hint at the color block trend, but not so overtly you can’t wear these shoes for seasons to come. Pair with tailored shorts, a fitted T, and sun kissed skin.

Roberto Cavalli Leopard T-Strap Pumps
When it comes to my fashion sense, I’m pretty conservative with my clothing. I’m not going to sport a florescent printed dress or anything that looks “busy”, but it’s a whole other story with the accessories. I love the crazy, cool and creative, so of course these Roberto Cavalli T-strap pumps speak to me. Animal print alone says “look at me”, but paired with neon gemstones, these shoes border on garish, however if anyone can get away with tacky-chic it’s Roberto Cavalli (and Donatello).

Christian Louboutin Shoes Spring 2012
It’s a very special day for shoe lovers across the globe. One of the largest carriers for Christian Louboutin shoes just released several new styles from the Spring 2012 collection. I’m not going to tell you to act fast or they’ll be gone, you already know that.
He had already released the Meteorita Kid sandals in a pink, blue and lime version, and now we get them in lime, blue and white. The strappy sandals have a 5.5 inch heel and a 1.5 inch platform. The red, black and white Summerissima sandals are suede and leather and also have a 5.5 inch heel and 1.5 inch platform. I’m most excited about the two pumps, both the Mademoi nude pumps (because I can’t resist a Louboutin nude) and the Just Picks spike toed pumps. The latter has a modest 3.9 inch heel, but with such an amazing and kick ass design, I can look fabulous and be comfortable at the same time. Christian Louboutin shoes are here.
