Christian Louboutin Lady Lynch Pumps Spring 2012

The Christian Louboutin Lady Lynch pumps are part of the classic collection and are closed toe pumps. They have an almond shaped toe and can come in leather or patent leather. They have a fairly deep footbed and the lowest portion of the toes, or “toe cleavage” can be seen. The number behind the name of the Lady Lynch will state the heel height. For instance if it is a Lady Lynch 120mm, the heel is approximately 4.75 inches.
For the Spring/Summer 2012 collection the Lady Lynch comes in bright yellow, black, white, hot pink and nude patent leather. It features a 120mm, or 4.75 inch heel. The Lady Lynch has a narrow stiletto heel for optimal exposure of the signature red sole.
The Christian Louboutin Lady Lynch can be hard to find as it’s a very popular design. Not all stores will carry the same color, so you may need to shop around. Usually when it comes in stock at a reputable store it sells out quickly, but check the stores often or ask for an email notification when a new style comes in to get a Lady Lynch before it goes. Try Neiman Marcus and Mytheresa.com.
Alexander McQueen Multi Snake Pumps

I’m so excited for the Spring 2012 shoe collections to be released as I have seen a preview of what’s in store, and for those of us obsessed with shoes, picking from the amazing designs will be like a kid in a candy store. The Alexander McQueen collection doesn’t dissappoint, with some amazing new versions of the classic Faithful ankle boot as well as one of a kind pieces from the runway collection. However, among my favorite is this snakeskin pump with horn heel. It’s a unique and artistic design, but it’s also practical and versatile. You can wear these beautiful pumps in any setting, year round.
Multi colored snakeskin with a high shine natural horn heel, these designer shoes are a classic you can wear for years to come. They have a leather sole and in-sole, 5.5 inch heel and a 1 inch platform. Alexander McQueen shoes are made in Italy. $1,230. Alexander McQueen shoes are here.
Burberry Woven Wedge Ankle Boots

There are two reasons December is my favorite month of the year. First, it’s Christmas time and the weather is cool, and living in Dallas I relish the cool weather when it’s sweltering hot most of the year. The other reason I love December is the Spring collections start being released, and it’s gift time, so I can usually pick one and have it before the season even begins.
These beautifully woven wedge ankle boots are from the Burberry Spring 2012 collection and they simply set my heart a flutter. What says Spring more than basket-like weaving? Woven brown leather with self tie leather strings at the ankles, these designer shoes have a woven raffia black and white striped wedge platform. They have an open toe and a zipper closure at the inner ankle. They have a 5.1 inch heel with a 1.15 inch platform. $1,495 Shop the Spring 2012 accessories here.

Giuseppe Zanotti Crystal Strappy Sandals

If there is a must-have shoe that should be in every womans closet (after the basic black pump) it’s a pair of strappy sandals for formal or evening wear. I prefer them to have some bling, from either crystals or sequins like these Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
These designer shoes are black suede strappy sandals covered with clear Swarovski crystals. They have leather sole and insole and a 4.3 inch leather covered heel. All Giuseppe Zanotti shoes are made in Italy. $1,440 Available here.
Alejandro Ingelmo for Chris Benz Spring 2011

It’s that wonderful time of year again, New York Fashion Week, and I love to see the upcoming selection of shoes from various top designers. Alejandro Ingelmo was asked to design a collection for Chris Benz, and the result was a combination of the two designers distinct styles. ”We’re two opposites,” Ingelmo said at the presentation. “It’s his quirky side with my sexy design side.”
These shoes are unlike standard Ingelmo designs, which never include fabric or florals, but I really like the change (but I also love original Ingelmo’s). This collection is great, and I really like every single pair, especially the floral oxfords. When the shoes arrive for sale they will bear the “Alejandro Ingelmo for Chris Benz” tag.

Christian Siriano Spring/Summer 2011 Shoes RTW

When Christian Siriano was on Project Runway I never watched the show, but his designs really caught my attention a couple of years ago at New York Fashion Week, and it wasn’t his clothing I noticed, but rather the shoes. He has some really fabulous shoe designs. I like that he makes statement shoes that stand out and are very unique.
The past few seasons his shoes have had an eyecatching and unique element in the heels or platforms as we see in this collection. I really like the above shoes, especially the red sandals with the orange heel. I’m not a fan of the pump below with that faned out heel, although it is a unique design, but the cut out sandal with the wood heel is nice.
It will be interesting to see how these designs are translated for the Payless stores. Hopefully not too much…the fabulous runway designs from last spring 2010 lost all their appeal when they were toned down for the chain store.
