Proenza Schouler Shoes Fall 2010
Here is a look at the Proenza Schouler shoes for Fall 2010. They will be trickeling out in the next few weeks. I’ll let you know where you can get them as they are being released.
Giuseppe Zanotti Crystal Studded Sandals
These Giuseppe Zanotti shoes are very interesting in the fact that the bling is limited to the rear view. With the front being completely open the focus is on the exposed foot, but from the side and rear view the red crystal details catch the eye, so it’s an understated flashy shoe. I like it.
These beautiful designer shoes are leather and textile with red crystal details covering the heel. They have an ankle strap with a silver metal side buckle closure. They have a leather sole and in sole. The heel measures 4 inches. $850 Available here.
Alexander McQueen Crystal Detailed Pumps
These Alexander McQueen shoes are another example of the huge fall trend that is crystal embellishments. They are everywhere on accessories from shoes and boots to handbags, and all of the big name designers are doing it, and I’m not complaining…I love bling.
These designer shoes are black suede with silver and purple crystal accents. They have a leather sole and insole. They have a 4.5 inch heel and a .5 inch hidden platform. $1,369 Available here.
Cute Fall Shoes for Less
While this is a site where we discuss designer shoes primarily, every once in a while the climate (cough* cough* recession) dictates a more prudent selection. But that doesn’t mean sacrificing style. I saw these boots and thought they were adorable and in step with the current military trend. They actually look a lot like current designs from Giuseppe Zanotti, Prada, Dolce & Gabanna, and Jimmy Choo for this season. They are by a brand called Apepazza and retail for about two hundred bucks.
These boots are flesh toned leather with adjustable front lacing and gold hardware. They have a decorative cuff at the ankle, a side zipper and an open toe. They have a lightly padded footbed and leather lining. They stacked heel is 3.75 inches and have a 1 inch platform. $203 Available here.

Alexander McQueen Crystal Heart Toe Pumps
I already love almost every single Alexander McQueen heart toe pumps, but adding the eye catching crystal embellishments is like sending me a subversive message to get my credit card handy. This shoe is also done in a navy pump with multi colored crystals, but this silver version is much more versatile and a bit more classic.
These Alexander McQueen shoes are silver satin with silver and gold crystal embellishments. They have a heart shaped open toe, leather lining and insole. They have a 4 inch heel and a 0.5 inch hidden platform. Certain sizes are already selling out. $1,279 Available here.
Christian Louboutin Canonita Suede Booties
These are my favorite Fall 2010 Christian Louboutin shoes to be released thus far. I love the ruched design and the ruffle, but done in my favorite shoe color, nude, puts them at the top of my list. I also love that they shimmer and shine from the sparkly lurex.
These designer shoes are nude toned booties with lurex fabric upper.The lurex is striped with ruffle detail on upper center. They have a suede heel with back zipper closure and peep toe. They have a leather upper, in-sole and signature red sole. The heel measures a perfect (in my opinion) 4 inches and no platform. $870 Available here.
