Fitflop Sandals

I know what you’re thinking, Fitflop? Not obsessed with Fitflops. Here’s my reasoning: I practically live in sandals, especially flip flops, during the summer when I’m dressed down or by the pool. And while I admit these aren’t the cutest flip flops ever, Fitflops help tone your legs and butt when you walk, and they are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I have a couple of pairs of Fitflops that I wear around the house and when I run to the grocery store, and when I take them off and put on regular sandals, I can tell the difference. My muscles are more relaxed, so I think they do what they are advertized to do. Are they going to make me look like Giselle? No, but every little bit helps. And any flip flops aren’t exactly high fashion anyway, so why not get a little toning in to boot.

These Fitflops are synthetic uppers with bronze sequins and a leather toe post for comfort. They have soft microfiber interior lining that helps prevent abrasion for comfortable, all-day wear. They have a triple-density EVA midsole with Microwobbleboard technology. Muscle-loading Microwobbleboard technology increases the time your muscles are engaged with a high-density heel, low-density midsection and mid-density toe cap. They carry the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA™) Seal of Acceptance. The heel is 1.5 inches and 1 inch at the toes. $64 Large selection of FitFlops are Available here.
